Ally Institution Report

Anthology Ally provides an institution-wide course content accessibility report that allows for deep insight and understanding into how the institution is performing and evolving from a course content accessibility point of view. This report helps track progress and can help highlight problem areas and identify initiatives that can further help improve accessibility at the institution.

The overview shows how digital course content at our institution is performing by month, term, or academic year. It shows the overall accessibility score, the total number of courses and content created, as well as accessibility issues found.

WYSIWYG: The average score for (HTML) content created through the Learning Management System (LMS) rich content editor.
Files: The average score for uploaded file content. For example, PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, images, and so on.
Overall: The combined accessibility score is a weighted average of scores from files and WYSIWYG content scores.

Additionally, the report lists the university's top accessibility issues. These can also be sorted by Sever, Major, and Minor issues.
